1. I would like to post an Ad. How do I start? back
To start posting an Ad, you will need to Create a member account. Be sure to include your Province along with your City's name at
registration. The e-mail address you enter during registration will need to be verified. We will send you a verification code which
needs to be pasted to the presented form or simply click the link from your e-mail. Once your e-mail address is verified, you may
to your address box or you will not receive your verification number. When you logon to the system, your name is displayed at
the top center of the navigation bar along with the type of package you have. If you wish to post into the ]Featured Ad List, there is a small fee per ad.
2. What are Membership Packages and how do they affect Ad postings? back
When you create an account you are automatically assigned the "Free 150 Day Intro Package".
For details regarding the "Free 150 Day Intro Package", please click on the link next to your name when logged on to your account.
When the "Free 150 Day Intro Package" expires you will need to repost your ads.
Only one account per member is allowed.

Please make sure you have entered a correct and valid e-mail address. Logon to the board with the e-mail address and
password you registered and click register/update. If your e-mail address is incorrect, then make the necessary changes
and click "Update Account". The verification code will be resent to the new address you specified.
Please note: The verification code is resent only if you have changed your e-mail address. If you specified the correct
address, but for some reason the e-mail did not reach you, simply logon and click "resend verif code" link on the verification form.
4. I do not see the appropriate category or subcategory to post my Ad in. back
If you cannot find the appropriate category to post your Ad in, please Contact Us
and we will create a new category if it does not contradict with our policies.
5. I have posted my Ad in the wrong category by mistake. Can I change the category? back
Your Ad can be moved into a different category by the Site Administrator. Please let us know if you need your Ad moved.
6. I have attached a wrong picture to my Ad. Can I change it? back
Yes, you can change an image. If you have not submitted a Ad yet, then in the final Ad submission stage, click "Remove" below
the picture thumbnail and then click "Ad Images". If you have submitted an Ad, you can still change the image. Open your Ad
in full view and within the "Status" area at the bottom, click the "Images" link. You will be directed to the image
replacement/addition page. Images should be no larger than 600 x 600 to be properly displayed.
7. I have posted my Ad, but I do not see it listed. back
This board is moderated and at times Administration will choose to approve every Ad posted before it can be viewed by
the public. Once your Ad has been approved and posted, you will receive an additional e-mail notification. If however
this requirement is not in place then possibly there was an error in the registration. Please confirm all information you
have submitted to be complete and correct.
8. I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it? back
If you forgot your password, we will send you a temporary replacement password.
Click "I forgot my password" at the logon page, enter the e-mail which your registered with and click "Email My Password".
Check your e-mail for the temporary password we sent you. Once you are logged on to your account with the new password,
make sure to change it by clicking "Update Account" link at the top navigation bar.
9. Can I change my e-mail address, password or name? back
You may change your Profile information at any time by clicking "Update Account".
However if you change your e-mail address, we will need to verify it.
The procedure is the same as when you first registered.
10. Will my e-mail be added to different lists and used inappropriately for spam? back
Your e-mail address will NOT be sold or passed to any lists. If you choose to participate in our e-mail list, you may occasionally
receive e-mails concerning changes in our policies, upgrades or information concerning your account or latest postings to the site.
11. Can I extend the duration of my listings before expiration or change my Ad content? back
Duration of an Ad cannot be changed once it is posted. You can however change the content of an Ad at any time by
clinking the "Edit" link at the status bar within full ad view page or by clicking "Edit" next to the selected ad at "My Ads" page.
Both links will be available when you are logged on to your account at the board. You may resubmit your Ad after it has
expired, if you have a Package bounded to your account and the number of total Ads you posted does not exceed the
Package Ads limit. Logon to the board, click "My Ads", find your Ad in the list and click "Repost". The Ad will go online right away.
12. My Ad has expired and has been taken offline. How can I resubmit it? back
You may resubmit your Ad after it has expired. by just reposting it as long as the number of total Ads you are posting do not
exceed the Ad Package limit you have. Logon to your account if you wish to repost yourad(s).
13. I have sold my item. Can I remove my Ad completely? back
Yes, you can delete your Ad using the "Delete" link while viewing your Ad in full format or from the list of your Ads while
you click "My Ads" link. Note: You must be logged on to your account before changing or deleting your Ads. You may also
temporarily disable your Ad by clicking the "Disable" link at full ad view page. The Ad will be removed from the list, but will
remain in the database. You can view your disabled Ad by logging on to the system and clicking "My Ads". You can enable a
disabled Ad by clicking "Enable" full ad view page. Once having opened your Ad in full view, you may also determine the status
of your Ad by looking at the "Status" bar at the bottom of the page. Appropriate links to edit, delete, disable, change images of
your Ad are located next to the status indicator.
14. I would like to submit a Banner Ad or a Web Link Ad to be displayed on your site. What should I do? back
To submit a Banner Ad you will need to create a FREE account with us first. Once your e-mail address
has been verified and you are logged on, click "Advertise" at the bottom of any page and a new window will open.
Follow the steps to submit your Banner Ad.
15. I have my Banner Ad displaying on your site. Can I see the daily statistics? back
Sure. Logon to your account and click "Advertise" at the bottom of any page, then see Rotator Statistics.
You may click on "Statistics" to view the daily impressions and clicks for your Banner Ad as well as the date
of expiration or number of impressions left in your advertisement campaign with us.
