Please be considerate when using Cross Country Classifieds as this is a family friendly site.
Ads that are rude, prejudice or just down right disgusting will be immediately deleted and the
member's account will be suspended! Ads unclearly stating what a product and the price
is or Pyramid/MLM type businesses are not allowed. Soliciting or Spamming
Cross Country Classifieds users is strictly prohibited. Weblinks that direct a user to a
website that coerces a user to fill out a form to gain more information about the item
being advertised will be removed. Contents in the Forum must be respectful of other users.
Terms of Use
This online service has been provided to help you promote your product(s), service or business.
Ads promoting other classified or classified type websites are not accepted and Ad Paste ads will be removed.
If you are posting multiple Ads, the use of different titles and photos is mandatory.
Your Ads must not appear as duplicated. For example:
A business advertising jewelry would list in two seperate categories such as Necklaces and Earrings with
different Photos and Ad Titles. Creating multiple non-duplicated Ads will give more exposure
to your business or service and will make browsing more enjoyable for customers. Please also note:
All members are allowed one account only. If there have been multiple accounts created at the same I.P. address
even if registered using a different e-mail account, your account(s) will be suspended to prevent any further action.
Administration has the absolute right to modify, change,
delete or move any ad if deemed necessary.

Please watch out for SCAM artists when purchasing or selling your items.
Take caution if a reply to your Ad does not contain a proper name
and contact info or does not show a legitimate interest in your item.

If you choose to participate in our e-mail list, you may occasionally receive e-mails
concerning changes in our policies, upgrades or information concerning your account.
Regarding Banner Ads
Our prices are very reasonable for our high exposure Banner Ads. If you can not make payments
using the PayPal service, please write to the Administrator for alternative payment instructions.
We will accept cash, money-orders or cheques, but your Banner Ad will not be approved until
payment is confirmed. Credit-card payments will not be accepted outside of the PayPal service.

Any type of pornography such as Playboy, Hustler or any products relating to these types of brands or others like them. Any reference to pornography at all. Alcoholic Beverages, Any Offensive Material, Criminal Tools, Counterfeit currency, stamps, coins, or any other type of counterfeir products, Electronic Surveillance Equipment, Embargoed Goods, Escort Services offering or indicating sexual services, Gambling, Lottery Tickets, Sweepstakes Entries, Illegal Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia, Any Type of Illegal Services, Hate or Racisms Literature, Hazardous Materials, Fireworks, Destructive Devices or Explosives Items, Obscene Material or Child Pornography, Pesticides, Pictures that contain nudity, Prescription Drugs, Prostitution or ads that offer sex, sexual favours or sexual actions. Recalled items, Stolen Property, Tobacco Products, Used Cosmetics, Weapons or other related items such as; firearms, firearm parts or magazines, ammunition, BB or pellet guns, stun guns, switchblade knives, or martial arts weapons.
